A Zune contributor by day, I'm also an avid hiker, biker, and father of three, I also work doing industry analysis and strategy. In previous lives, I've been a backcountry ski patroller, worked on the Windows Media Player, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Team Manager 97, been a researcher in Cognitive Neuroscience, a grad student, and a kid.

Lucky people, they all get Zunes!
I think that you should give some of us Zunes. The people who have followed this for a while, the people who have been excited for this. Those people are undeserving.
Dang, I wish I was there so much... I need a new MP3 player first and formost. My current one is some 256mb Yepp Samsung thing from years ago. It holds close to 50 songs which is not enough concidering a large song collection... I pretty much carry a small CD with me in comparison except CDs hold 600mb.... *sob* Well, I first thought about getting a Meizu Miniplayer but they are more costly than most iPod nanos and hold the same. I would much rather have the newest in technology cradling in my hands... Although the Meizu is a positive import and has promising firmware updates. 4gb isn't enough at all for me concidering the newest harddrive based players. I am still wait for a higher capacity Zune. I am kinda in the dark as to why Microsoft isn't trying to compete with Apple on storage mediums. Although cost would be great, that interface matched with 60-80gb of space would be killer indeed.
