Doom Rocks!

thanks to xbox 360 live arcade, I've been playing Doom for the first time since the 80's. My biggest surprise is how fun Doom is, and by extension how little the first person shooter universe has improved in 20 years. I can't look up and down and can't jump, and there aren't nearly as many polygons, but Doom really is a lot of fun.

Amazing what a couple of visionaries can do.
