when i get to the first vid_#### and pid i have 4 folders instead of your one all have device perameters but none look like your screen or have enable leagacy support

Yeah dude, anything. But you might have to use a program such as “Format Factory” to convert it to a windows audio file.
can u upload mp3 files downloaded online into ur zune as well as videos? or do u hav to get them off the zune site?

Well you i know you can search on the internet for a program that will keep it open so u have permission…dont know what its called…and maybe ur ending the wrong proccess

You have to start your zune software. Begin a sync. then in the middle hit Ctrl Alt Del…and go to proccesses and end the zune software
when i try to copy paste a song it says i do not have permition

How would I get my music and pictures off of my zune and onto my hard drive? My computer crashed and I don’t just want my music and pictures in my collection but actually back on my hard drive as well.
