zune is microsoft and is heavily DRM’ed meaning they could make your music not play if you wanted.
ipod is apple not much better but it can run linux and has a more of you own it feel.
though i can’t decide for you ultimately it is how you feel when using them.
i suggest you find a friend with a ipod and another with a zune or one with both and try them both out to see which one suits you better.

though screen size doesn’t bother me all that much it’s not like you have to squint to see video or something.
as long as i can use the device for what i want to mainly music i don’t need to be distracted by videos on my ipod while going to work or to the store and such that’s a bit to distracting.
Zune has a glass screen (ie. very hard to scratch). Actually, I’ve dropped my Zune twice and I’ve had it for a few months… no scratches at all yet. With my Ipod, just wiping the screen with my shirt sleeve left some very fine scratches in it; not with Zune, though. Plus the screen is much bigger tan Ipod.
I just want to know, which one of Zune or Ipod lets me own more the music (excuse me my English vocabulary is not that extensive) I mean, which one makes me feel I own the music, lets me do more whatever I want to do with them, and explain me why.

Yeah. I thought it was a little funky to put a Tegra in a Zune HD and not playback 1080p. I mean really, it had a dock with a HDMI output, but no 1080p? Ah well.
