If she already has an account you can just ad it to the family. Other wise you’ll need to create one on their site or the xbox. Once you have an account made you can go to XBOXdotCOM sign in under PRIMARY ACC for FAMILY GOLD and on the MENU select Xbox LIVE > Family Center. You should have the option to add a new member on the empty space.

Say I’m the main account and I have 3 child accounts in the Family Pack, If I remove one will he revert to silver membership or stay Gold? Can they play rated M games online? As long as they can still play online It’s ok because we don’t use dashboard for anything. We just want to play together online.

I have a “Child 18+ account” and so far haven’t had any restrictions other than the ones mentioned on the video. But on Netflix, Hulu and Zune I haven’t had any problems with my age.
When I open Netflix they do give me the option of oppening Netflix or Netflix Kids. Not if Neflix kids is the only option available for age 13 or under.
And there’s no restrictions on what you can watch?
If you haven’t reached the maximum amount of devices registered on the netflix account, a child account can also see Netflix, youtube, etc.
Example I have a child account XBOX account, access my own youtube account (MyMarcioTV), used the family Netflix account on my Xbox and also Hulu. Just waiting for Crunchyroll to have an app for XBOX now too.

Can we Swap Family Gold members? Yes, if you have 4/4 you need to remove one of them and then you can add in it’s place the 4th. However before you can re-add the removed account I believe you need to wait 30 days to re-add it back if you wish to swap it again.
Can I extract the accounts via USB? Yes, there’s a way to export accounts to a USB or you can just do it via “import” through web, just takes a bit longer to sync.
You do not have to make new accts.

Does anyone know if u can remove one of the 4 accounts from your hard drive via usb and play online on another xbox? Or can u use an acct that is inactive to setup as one of the 4 you activate under the plan or do u have to make NEW accts??

If you just created a Gold Family plan – there should be an option under the main account called: Family Center. You can also add them through xbox.com family center. However the family center option only shows up to the Gold Family plan main user. Hope this helps!

omg u saved me some money, their are no kids in my house. only me and my sister, ages 19, 22,24. we all wanted to play online as adults. but this sounds like it was made for a younger set family in mind.
The leader of the Gold membership usually has Family Center available on their dashboard. Other than that nothing comes to mind as to how a child could see who their account holder’s leader is.
